I’m returning to Northern Ireland to carry out independent snagging surveys for new-build homes. If you’re approaching completion, collecting your keys or have recently moved in, an independent inspection can help identify defects and unfinished work.
I’m Andrew Kerrigan, RPSA Tech, with over 30 years’ practical experience in construction and site management. I personally carry out the inspection and prepare a clear photographic report, with defect locations and practical recommendations you can raise with your developer.
