My name is Andrew Kerrigan, RPSA Tech, and I have spent more than 30 years working within the construction industry, progressing through hands-on construction roles into site management, quality inspections and independent property surveying.

Today, I carry out independent property inspections across Wirral, Liverpool, Cheshire and North Wales, helping homebuyers, homeowners, landlords and property investors make informed decisions.
